Return Policy

Return Requests:
Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order. Requests will be answered within 5 business days. If your request was submitted within the 5-day window during non-business hours, it will still be honored once business resumes.

Item Condition:
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items with stains, scents, or any signs of wear will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer's expense.

Return Window:
No returns will be accepted after 5 days from the date of delivery.
If a return request is made after this period, a return label will not be issued.

Shipping & Responsibility:
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. You can buy a return label below or ship on your own. BYRD is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misplaced return packages.

How to Process a Return:
To begin a return, please purchase a $8 return label below.
Labels are sent manually and may take some time. We typically send them out Monday–Wednesday. If you don't receive your label right away, don't worry, we track when requests are made and when packages are in the mail.

Exchanges:
To make an exchange, please place a new order for the desired item and return the original item separately. We do not process direct exchanges.

Final Sale Items:
All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
